Style | A Certain Shade Of Green with Simply Be

[This post contains gifted items from Simply Be]

Occasionwear is totally my bag right now. Working from home and rarely doing anything fancy means that I long for the opportunity to get all dolled up. Thank goodness once more for Simply Be my friends.

Multi Chain Necklace - Simply Be (Similar)

After last week's post, I fancied trying something a little more Seasonal, something lighter and brighter. Something with MOVEMENT. SOMETHING GREEN. With gold sandals and the addition of a chunky gold necklace, this outfit screams Summer wedding to me. It's basically just a very eye-catching and COOL look, in the sense that there is no sweating, squeezing or fuss.

Those of you who have had the very great fortune to see me on a dance floor, will know that my moves consist of a great deal of whirling, spinning and often falling. Although I do try to keep the last move until the taxi home if I can... This dress moves beautifully (as you can see below) and luckily has a sensible underskirt to avoid any acts of public indecency. Even for me.

I found the dress incredibly true to size  and really appreciate how the wrap style skirt gives great leg coverage whilst still allowing a quick flash of the old knobbly knee (sexy yes?) In summary, you really don't have to make much of an effort with this look, let the dress do all the talking and just concentrate on having an utterly fabulous time.
